2023 MAZDA CX-30

The Mazda CX-30 has only been with us for a few years, but it’s already earned respect among dealers, the press, and the public alike. While updates are minimal for the 2023 Mazda CX-30, they make an excellent SUV even better.

Revised Engine Tuning

The base powerplant is the same 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine from previous years. However, it’s not identical in every respect.

To begin with, this engine is tuned differently. The old engine’s 186 horsepower is raised to 191 horsepower. It’s a slight difference but significant enough to be noticeable in day-to-day driving. Even more impressive is that the engine improves fuel economy even with the higher horsepower.

What Remains the Same

The standard i-ACTIV® AWD and the 227-horsepower turbocharged 2.5-liter, four-cylinder upgrade engine remain unchanged. So do several other features.

Big and Comfortable Cabin

The Mazda CX-30 has a spacious interior that fits up to five people. Cloth upholstery is standard, but synthetic or genuine leather upholstery is available. A heated steering wheel, heated front seats, and an eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat are all available.

  • 8.8-inch infotainment display
  • Apple CarPlay®
  • Android Auto™
  • An eight-speaker stereo
  • HD Radio
  • Two USB ports
  • Bluetooth®
  • A Wi-Fi® hotspot
